Louis van Gaal has confirmed that Manchester United are still targeting the Premier League title this season.
The Dutchman's side are third in the table ahead of this afternoon's match against Newcastle United, 10 points behind leaders Chelsea.
"Our goal is still to be the champion at the end of the season. It is always to be first," BBC Sport quotes the manager as saying.
United have won six of their last seven matches in the Premier League.
