Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has claimed that the focus should be on the teams rather than the managers ahead of Saturday's Premier League showdown against Manchester United.
The Frenchman has a tense relationship with his counterpart following numerous spats during Mourinho's time in charge of Chelsea.
The pair almost came to blows on the touchline during the 2014-15 season, but Wenger has no intention of stoking the fire now that Mourinho is in charge of the Red Devils.
"I don't think I have to describe our relationship," the 67-year-old told reporters in Thursday's press conference. "He fights for his team, I fight for mine.
"You do not play against a manager, you play against a team - that's the important thing."
Arsenal currently sit fourth in the Premier League table, six points above United after 11 games.
