Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has said that the decision to leave Manchester United was a "no-brainer".
The 22-year-old had loan spells with the Eagles and Cardiff City before he eventually made the return to Selhurst Park permanently last month, after failing to break into the first team at Old Trafford.
"It was a no-brainer for me really," he told Sky Sports News. "Because the gaffer (Alan Pardew) told me he was going to try and give me games.
"I thought it was best to come back where I am loved and I am more comfortable with my mates and whatever, and we're just playing again. I'm a footballer, so what am I doing if I am not playing football?"
Palace are currently 13th in the Premier League table, five points clear of the relegation zone.
