Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag had been hopeful that both Cristiano Ronaldo and Antony could be available for Sunday's Premier League clash with Fulham.
Ronaldo was missing against Aston Villa in the EFL Cup on Thursday due to illness, while Antony has been absent since the end of October due to a hip problem.
However, both players have reportedly not made the trip to London for this contest, while Jadon Sancho is also allegedly again going to be absent through illness.
Man United will also definitely be without the services of Raphael Varane, Brandon Williams and Axel Tuanzebe through injury, while Diogo Dalot is suspended following his booking against Villa in the league last weekend.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is out of favour under Ten Hag and therefore unlikely to be involved, so Tyrell Malacia could switch across to the right-back role for the game at Craven Cottage.
However, there is also the option of selecting Victor Lindelof at full-back and bringing in Harry Maguire alongside Lisandro Martinez in the middle of the defence.
Anthony Martial started Thursday's 4-2 win over Villa in the EFL Cup, finding the back of the net in the process, and he is expected to lead the line.
Antony's expected absence could see Alejandro Garnacho feature in the first XI once again, and the 18-year-old might be asked to play off the right for the visitors here.
Donny van de Beek was again in the starting side on Thursday, but Ten Hag is expected to select a midfield three of Casemiro, Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes for this match.
Manchester United possible starting lineup: De Gea; Malacia, Lindelof, Martinez, Shaw; Casemiro, Eriksen, Fernandes; Garnacho, Martial, Rashford
