Sports Mole provides score predictions for every final-day Premier League match, including the crucial top-four battle between Leicester City and Manchester United.

Arsenal vs. Watford (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Watford head into Sunday's Premier League clash with Arsenal knowing that they will likely need at least a point to have any chance of avoiding relegation.

The managerless Hornets are in the bottom three heading into the final round of fixtures, behind 17th-placed Aston Villa on goal difference, while Arsenal are 10th and have one eye on next weekend's FA Cup final.

We say: Arsenal 2-1 Watford

Regardless of the outcome on Sunday, this will be Arsenal's worst top-flight campaign since 1995. Watford will have to target all three points at the Emirates Stadium, knowing that Villa have the easier of the concluding fixtures, but the Gunners have a pretty formidable record on the final day and we can see them extending that winning run here.

Burnley vs. Brighton (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Burnley will be looking to break their Premier League record points tally when they host lowly Brighton & Hove Albion on the final day of the season.

The Clarets need a point to make this their best-ever campaign in the competition, while Brighton are playing for pride alone after securing their top-flight status earlier this week.

We say: Burnley 1-1 Brighton

No team has drawn more matches than Brighton (14) this season, while four of Burnley's last five games have finished 1-1. Furthermore, six of the last eight league meetings between these sides have finished level, so we can only see this game ending one way.

Chelsea vs. Wolves (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers meet at Stamford Bridge on the final day of the Premier League season with their European fate in their own hands.

The Blues are in possession of the final Champions League qualifying spot and Wolves are in sixth, which would be enough to seal another season of Europa League football.

We say: Chelsea 2-1 Wolves

Both teams require a victory on Sunday if they are to prevent other results from coming into the equation. Chelsea are unbeaten in all five of their Premier League home games against Wolves, last losing against them in the top flight at Stamford Bridge in March 1979, and we can see them edging this final-day clash in West London.

Crystal Palace vs. Spurs (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to snatch sixth position from Wolverhampton Wanderers when they finish their 2019-20 Premier League campaign away to struggling Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.

Spurs are currently seventh in the table, one point behind sixth-placed Wolves, while Palace have slipped into 14th following a run of seven straight defeats.

We say: Palace 0-2 Tottenham

Palace will be keen to end their campaign with a positive result, but we are finding it incredibly difficult to back a side that have lost their last seven Premier League games. Tottenham will be feeling pretty about themselves at the moment, and we fancy Mourinho's side to put another three points on the board.

Everton vs. Bournemouth (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Bournemouth will travel to Everton on Sunday afternoon knowing that they need to win to stand any chance of avoiding relegation from the Premier League.

The Cherries are currently 19th in the table, three points behind 17th-placed Aston Villa, but they will also need 18th-placed Watford to drop points on the final weekend in order to escape the bottom three.

We say: Everton 2-1 Bournemouth

Bournemouth are certainly capable of picking up a positive result at Goodison Park, but the Cherries have the third-worst away record in the Premier League this season, while Everton have lost just three of their 18 league games on home soil during the 2019-20 campaign. We fancy the Toffees to collect all three points courtesy of a narrow success, helping to relegate Bournemouth to the second tier in the process.

Leicester vs. Man Utd (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Leicester City and Manchester United will both be looking to secure top-four finishes in the Premier League table when the pair lock horns on Sunday afternoon for what is a huge contest at the King Power Stadium.

The Foxes are currently fifth in the table, one point behind fourth-placed Chelsea and third-placed United, meaning that the three sides are battling for two positions, with Chelsea hosting Wolverhampton Wanderers on the same afternoon.

We say: Leicester 1-2 Man United

The fact that Leicester are missing some vital players through injury could really harm them as they battle to secure a top-four spot. United will be keen to bounce back from two disappointing results, and we fancy Solskjaer's side to make sure of third spot in the table with a narrow success.

Man City vs. Norwich (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Two sides separated by a whopping 57 points in the Premier League table will lock horns on the final day as Manchester City welcome Norwich City to the Etihad Stadium.

Both sides go into the game with nothing but pride to play for, with Man City's second-placed finish and Norwich's relegation already confirmed ahead of Sunday's clash.

We say: Manchester City 6-0 Norwich City

There are a couple of individual records on the line for Guardiola's men and the former champions will no doubt want to make a statement of intent ahead of next season. Norwich will endeavour to keep the scoreline as low as possible, but with Farke having to contend with a severely depleted side, Man City's attacking stars will be expected to run riot on the final day.

Newcastle vs. Liverpool (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Liverpool bring an historic and seminal campaign to a close on Sunday when they face Newcastle United at St James' Park on the final day of the 2019-20 Premier League season.

The champions finally got their hands on the trophy after beating Chelsea last time out, and they travel to a Newcastle side without a win in their last five outings.

We say: Newcastle 0-3 Liverpool

If this match was being played at most other stages of the season we would expect Newcastle to put up more of a fight, but the Magpies do not have much to play for and Bruce will be hard-pressed to even get 11 players onto the pitch given his defensive injury woes.

Liverpool will be keen to finish with a flourish and, while their away form has been poor of late, we expect Newcastle's weakened backline to struggle to deal with the Liverpool attack.

Southampton vs. Sheff Utd (Sunday, 4.00pm)

Sheffield United bring down the curtain on a memorable 2019-20 Premier League campaign with a trip to Southampton on Sunday afternoon.

The Blades are eighth in the table heading into this clash with Southampton, who have gone six games without defeat to climb into 12th.

We say: Southampton 1-2 Sheffield United

While the Saints have improved, United have had by far the better campaign overall and we are backing them to pick up a 15th win of the season in this first meeting between the sides at St Mary's in any competition since February 2009.

West Ham vs. Aston Villa (Sunday, 4.00pm)

The Premier League relegation battle goes down to the wire on Sunday, with Aston Villa facing West Ham United at the London Stadium on the final day of the campaign.

Dean Smith's side pulled off a priceless victory over Arsenal on Tuesday night to climb out of the relegation zone, but their plight remains perilous with only goal difference keeping them out of the bottom three.

We say: West Ham 1-2 Aston Villa

Most of the usual reference points for predictions suggest a West Ham win in this one, but the final day can throw up surprise results and with so much riding on this game for Villa, we are backing the visitors to get a result.

Smith's side will need to tighten up at the back and defy their poor away form against a team on a good run, and we are expecting the prize of possible Premier League survival to be enough to inspire them to do exactly that.
