Manchester United have handed a first-team debut to 19-year-old defender Willy Kambwala in Saturday's Premier League clash against West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Raphael Varane is not in the squad, allegedly due to illness, while Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez are all unavailable for selection.
As a result, there is a debut in the middle of the defence for Kambwala, who will feature alongside the experienced Jonny Evans.
Kambwala arrived at Man United from Sochaux in 2020, and he has now been thrown into first-team action due to the club's problems in the middle of their defence.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is back in at right-back due to Diogo Dalot's suspension, while Bruno Fernandes has returned after serving a suspension against Liverpool.
There is still no Marcus Rashford in the XI, though, with the England international on the bench.
As for West Ham, head coach David Moyes has made changes to the side that took to the field for the first whistle against Liverpool in the EFL Cup.
Lucas Paqueta, James Ward-Prowse, Kurt Zouma and Emerson Palmieri all come back in, but Alphonse Areola keeps his spot in goal over Lukasz Fabianski.
