AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing Adnan Januzaj from Manchester United this summer.
The 21-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough season under David Moyes in 2013-14, but his progress stalled with Louis van Gaal in charge and he was loaned out to Borussia Dortmund last season.
That move was cut short, but the Belgian failed to work his way into the first-team plans of Van Gaal, while new boss Jose Mourinho also deems the youngster surplus to requirements.
The summer signing of Henrikh Mkhitaryan has pushed Januzaj further down the pecking order, and Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Milan are monitoring the situation.
Januzaj, who is contracted to the club until 2018, was left out of United's 23-man squad for today's pre-season clash with Galatasaray in Sweden.
Milan have also been linked with a move for Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado, who spent last season on loan at Italian champions Juventus.
