AC Milan have reportedly identified Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford as a potential signing.
The Italian giants had been keen to bring in Zlatan Ibrahimovic during the January window, but with that transfer not happening, Gennaro Gattuso will turn his attention elsewhere.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Rashford has emerged as a possible target for the Serie A side, with the England international failing to secure regular starts at Old Trafford.
Rashford has featured in the first XI on 12 occasions this season, but a further six appearances have come from the bench and the 21-year-old has rarely featured in his preferred position of centre-forward.
The attacker has a contract at United until 2020 - which effectively becomes 2021 due to the club's 12-month option - but teams will continue to monitor the situation until Rashford commits his future to the Premier League giants.
Milan sit in fourth place in the top-flight standings, but there is a 17-point gap to leaders Juventus.
