Dimitar Berbatov's agent has claimed that Manchester United will not oppose a move for the striker at the end of the season.
The Bulgarian is expected to leave Old Trafford in the summer after a limited number of appearances over the past two years.
"I had three meetings with [United manager] Alex Ferguson," Emil Danchev told Bulgarian television. "We should accept that he'll try to build a team for the next three or four years and Berbatov will not be part of this team.
"Ferguson wants to change the playing style, to implement more speed. I was pleased with United's position as they said they'll not oppose Berbatov's move in the summer."
Danchev also revealed that the 31-year-old is unlikely to move to another club in England.
"Dimitar will most probably leave England but he doesn't want to move to the U.S., Japan, United Arab Emirates or championships like these," he added.
Berbatov is United's record signing following a £30.75m switch from Tottenham Hotspur in 2008.
