The agent of Manchester United defender Rafael da Silva has said that moving to Roma would be a "good option" for his client.
The 25-year-old struggled for playing time last season, making just six Premier League starts for the Red Devils.
He has also been left out of the club's pre-season tour of the USA, and his agent Cassiano Pereira has admitted that he is looking to depart Old Trafford this summer.
"Roma would be more than a good option for him and we'd be more than happy to talk to the club," Pereira told Tuttomercatoweb. "Italy would be a great opportunity, especially considering he has a Portuguese passport. However, I must admit that I haven't heard of any interest from Italian sides in Rafael.
"His contract with Manchester United expires in June 2016 and Louis van Gaal already said he's not part of the plan, so the player wants to leave and we're talking to more than one club.
"Fiorentina? That is certainly also another club we'd like. If they call, then we'll happily talk to them. The player is very interested in playing in Italy."
Rafael joined United from Fluminense alongside his twin brother Fabio da Silva in January 2007.
