The agent of reported Manchester United transfer target Kevin Strootman has revealed that the PSV Eindhoven midfielder is keen to test himself in the Premier League.
The Red Devils have long been linked with the 23-year-old and scout Jim Lawlor is believed to have watched him in action at the ongoing European Under-21 Championships in Israel.
While no official offer from United has been made, the player's representative Chiel Dekker has encouraged new manager David Moyes to make his move.
"He is focused on England because that would suit his style," said Dekker. "He has the physique, the character and the fitness for it. I am certainly not afraid he could handle that level."
Italian outfit Napoli have also recently been credited with an interest in Strootman's services.
