Barcelona are set to offer Brescia a mammoth player-plus-cash deal for Sandro Tonali, according to a report.
The 19-year-old has emerged as a highly sought-after prospect following his performances in Serie A this season, registering one goal and five assists in 23 league matches this term.
Barcelona have supposedly identified Tonali as the player that they want to become 'the next Andres Iniesta' at Camp Nou, and the Catalan giants are said to be stepping up their pursuit of the young Italian.
According to Corriere della Sera, Quique Setien's side are willing to offer Brescia £52m plus two young players to land Tonali, although they will face stiff competition from other top sides in Europe.
The report claims that a central midfielder and a left-back will be the two players offered to the Italian outfit, but La Blaugrana will have to fend off the likes of Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United to Tonali's signature.
The youthful midfielder will see his current deal at Brescia expire next summer, where he has amassed six goals from 77 outings in all competitions since 2017.
