Barcelona reportedly have no interest in signing Jadon Sancho from Manchester United during the January transfer window despite the recent speculation.
The England international is set to leave Old Trafford in the winter market following the breakdown of his relationship with Red Devils head coach Erik ten Hag.
The 23-year-old has not featured for the 20-time English champions since the end of August, with Ten Hag claiming that he left Sancho out against Arsenal at the start of September due to some poor training-ground performances from the forward.
Sancho took to social media to insist that was not the case, claiming that he had been made "a scapegoat", and the ex-Manchester City youngster has not featured since.
The attacker has been removed from the first-team environment at the club, and it is believed that there is no way back for him at Old Trafford despite rumours of a potential reconciliation.
"He knows what he has to do. It's up to him," Ten Hag told reporters ahead of the Bournemouth match last weekend.
"So, it's about culture and every player has to match certain standards, and it was about that. So, what will happen, yeah, he knows what he has to do if he wants to return. So, it's up to him."
Sancho allegedly has no desire to apologise to Ten Hag, with the forward said to be keen to return to Borussia Dortmund during the January market.
Barcelona have also been linked with his services, but according to Mundo Deportivo, the La Liga champions have no interest in signing him at the start of 2024.
There have also been suggestions of a possible swap deal being discussed, with Man United believed to be keen to sign Raphinha from Barcelona.
However, the Catalan outfit allegedly view Raphinha as 'untouchable', so the Brazil international will not be allowed to leave Camp Nou next year.
Sancho was again absent for Man United's 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday evening, and he will remain unavailable for the trip to Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Englishman has found it difficult to make his mark for the Red Devils since his arrival from Dortmund in 2021, only managing 12 goals and six assists in 82 appearances in all competitions.
Juventus have also been heavily linked with Sancho in recent weeks, with the Italian giants believed to be at the head of the queue for his services.
