Real Madrid will reportedly not be making an attempt to sign Barcelona youngster Ilaix Moriba due to an agreement that exists between the two La Liga giants.
Moriba's future at Camp Nou continues to be called into question, with the 18-year-old's contract due to expire next summer, which has allegedly attracted attention from the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Real Madrid have also been credited with an interest in the teenager, but according to Sport, Los Blancos have a non-aggression pact with Barcelona, with the clubs involved in the European Super League agreeing not to target each other's players unless it is beneficial for all parties.
The report also claims that the relationship between the two biggest clubs in Spain has improved since Joan Laporta returned to Camp Nou as president.
Moriba made 18 appearances for Barcelona during the 2020-21 campaign, including 14 in La Liga, where he contributed one goal and three assists.
The midfielder has not been used by first-team manager Ronald Koeman this season, though, amid the uncertainty surrounding his future.
