Barcelona are willing to slash their asking price for goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen by more than £35m, according to a report.
The Netherlands international is firmly second choice behind Marc-Andre ter Stegen at Camp Nou, making just three league appearances for Barcelona on their way to the title in 2018-19.
Cillessen has openly expressed his desire to leave the Spanish champions in search of more regular football, but his £53m release clause had been a stumbling block for any interested parties.
Previous speculation had claimed that Barcelona were not willing to accept anything less for the 30-year-old shot-stopper, but AS reports that they are now ready to consider offers of around £17m.
The news could be of interest Manchester United, who had been linked with Cillessen as a possible replacement for David de Gea should the Spaniard leave Old Trafford this summer.
Cillessen, who joined Barcelona in 2016 but has made only five La Liga appearances, still has two years remaining on his contract at Camp Nou.
