Barcelona are reportedly not planning a summer move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
The Spanish champions have been credited with an interest in the Spain international amid suggestions that he could leave the Wanda Metropolitano this summer, as have Manchester United.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan giants have first refusal on the midfielder but will not be entering the race for his signature ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The 25-year-old has again been in impressive form for Diego Simeone's side during the current season, scoring four times in 37 appearances in all competitions.
Saul's current deal, which runs until the summer of 2026, allegedly includes a €150m (£136m) release clause.
United, though, are said to be only prepared to pay £70m for the Spaniard, suggesting that he could be priced out of a move away from Atletico in the coming transfer window.
