Jude Bellingham has said that he wants to stay at Real Madrid for "the next 10 to 15 years", with the midfielder revealing that he is "loving football at the minute".

The 20-year-old arrived at Bernabeu from Borussia Dortmund over the summer, and he has excelled for Los Blancos this season, scoring 10 goals and registering three assists in 10 appearances.

Bellingham also starred in England's 3-1 win over Italy on Wednesday, with the victory seeing the Three Lions book their spot at next summer's European Championship.

The midfielder is currently one of the most in-form players in world football, and he has a contract in the Spanish capital until the summer of 2029.

Manchester City made a strong attempt to sign Bellingham over the summer, while Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea are all believed to be keen to bring him to the Premier League at some stage.

However, Bellingham has said that he is planning to spend the majority of his career at Real Madrid.

"I am getting a little better each time I play. It was a really good night for us, we all remember what happened a few years ago when they played us here," the midfielder told Channel 4 following England's success over Italy on Tuesday night.

"You always aim for progression. We are heading in the right direction and a very important win for us. I am loving football at the minute. My management at club and country are giving me freedom to play it how I see it.

"Since the last few months I have been really working on my timing getting into the box and as I am arriving I am arriving with a big hunger.

"With the big transfer the fact is I have to deliver, whether it is a goal or assist or a match-winning performance.

"This is the club I want to be at for the next 10 to 15 years of my life. I am loving it there. Carlo [Ancelotti] basically said this position is where he sees me."

Bellingham has scored eight goals and registered two assists in eight La Liga appearances during the 2023-24 campaign, while he has two goals and one assist in two Champions League appearances.

The midfielder has also now scored twice and provided five assists in 27 caps for England, and he will be one of the first names on the team sheet at Euro 2024 providing that he is fit and available.

Bellingham played for Birmingham's first team during the 2019-20 campaign before making the move to Dortmund, and he won the DFB-Pokal during his time with the German giants. body check tags ::
