Manchester United midfielder Anderson is reportedly the subject of interest from Burnley.
It is believed that the Brazilian has been available for transfer all summer, but so far the Red Devils have been unable to find a suitor for the 26-year-old.
However, Burnley boss Sean Dyche has now made a move for the former Porto player in the final hours of the window, according to the Daily Mail.
Should the deal go through, Anderson's last outing for United would have come against the Clarets during Saturday's 0-0 draw at Turf Moor.
