Real Madrid keeper Iker Casillas has confessed that he would like David de Gea to join the club in the summer.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Carlo Ancelotti's men as a potential long-term replacement for Casillas following his impressive performances for the Red Devils over the past few seasons.
Reports have suggested that the Spaniard is closing in on deal to join Real, which could bring an end to the veteran keeper's spell between the sticks at the Bernabeu.
However, when asked if he would like De Gea to join Real, he told reporters: "Of course I would."
United boss Louis van Gaal has revealed that he believes De Gea will remain at Old Trafford.
