Napoli have reportedly decided to act if Manchester United and Chelsea move for Elseid Hysaj this summer.
Hysaj has enjoyed a successful three-year period with the Serie A club, with 133 appearances being made in all competitions.
As it stands, the Albanian international has a €50m (£43.97m) release clause, and it has been suggested that both United and Chelsea are considering offers in the coming weeks.
However, according to Il Mattino, Napoli have no intention of parting ways with the player this summer, with president Aurelio De Laurentiis having already rejected two 'substantial' offers.
The report also claims that Napoli are willing to hand the full-back an improved contract in order to ensure that he remains in Naples.
