Everton are reportedly monitoring Tom Cleverley's situation at Manchester United.
Blues manager Roberto Martinez is keen on the England international, and a move this summer could be forthcoming, according to The Times.
Cleverley has been part of a United midfield that has come in for widespread criticism this term, and Martinez is looking to give the 24-year-old a fresh start at Goodison Park.
The Blues are currently fifth in the Premier League.
