Manchester United and Fenerbahce have reportedly agreed a £4.25m fee for Nani ahead of the Portuguese winger's proposed medical.
The 28-year-old, who has spent eight years at Old Trafford, will travel to Turkey this weekend for a check-up upon joining the Super Lig outfit.
Fenerbahce announced on Thursday night that a deal was close to being completed, and BBC Sport claims that a sum has also been decided on by the two sides.
Nani joined United from Sporting Lisbon in 2007, winning four Premier League titles and the Champions League during his time at the club.
