Erling Braut Haaland has reportedly verbally agreed a deal to join Serie A leaders Juventus despite interest from Manchester United.
The Red Bull Salzburg forward has scored 28 goals in just 22 appearances so far this season and is rumoured to have a £25.5m release clause in his contract.
According to the Daily Mirror, Haaland has now made a verbal agreement to join Maurizio Sarri's side in Italy on a deal that will earn him £6.8m per year.
The report adds that Juventus, Manchester United, RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund all met his release clause, but the Norwegian looks to have chosen Turin as his preferred destination.
United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken in the past about his admiration for Haaland, having worked with him at Molde.
Solskjaer will reportedly turn to Everton forward Richarlison as an alternative target, with the Old Trafford club still keen to reinforce their attacking depth.
