Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland will reportedly become available for €75m (£64.39m) on September 1.
The 21-year-old has been frequently linked with a move away from the Westfalenstadion after scoring at a rate of around a goal per game since joining Dortmund in January 2020.
While Chelsea were prepared to pay well above his future release clause earlier this summer, Dortmund resisted any temptation to cash in on the Norway international.
However, despite the likelihood of Haaland remaining at the Bundesliga side during his transfer window, negotiations over his future departure can seemingly take place as soon as next month.
According to Marca, the clause in Haaland's contract will become active at the beginning of September, giving any interested clubs the opportunity to lodge a €75m bid and hold talks with the player and his representatives.
Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, Manchester City and Bayern Munich are all said to be monitoring the situation.
