Inter Milan have reportedly made progress in discussions with Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong.
With less than six months left on his contract at Old Trafford, Chong is able to hold talks with foreign clubs ahead of a free transfer in the summer.
Although Inter failed to secure a deal in January, negotiations remain ongoing with the 20-year-old.
According to FCInterNews. It, the Serie A leaders have moved closer to meeting the wage demands of the Dutchman, who has made eight appearances in all competitions this season.
However, it is claimed that Inter and Chong's representatives remain far apart regarding a fee which will be paid for their services.
Despite Chong's camp allegedly reducing their demand from £5.9m to £4.2m, Inter want to pay just £1.5m.
