Wilfried Bony has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Inter Milan.
While the Serie A giants are attempting to secure a deal for Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez, it remains uncertain whether the English side will allow the playmaker to leave before the end of the summer transfer window.
That has left Inter considering alternatives, while they are also limited to what they can spend as a result of FFP regulations.
According to Tuttosport, that has led to Inter identifying Bony as a possible signing with the Ivory Coast international being available on a free transfer.
The 30-year-old was released by Swansea City earlier this summer, although the striker will feel like he has proved his fitness after a number of injuries having represented his country on six occasions since the beginning of June.
International teammate Seydou Doumbia, who has previously played in Serie A with Roma, may also be targeted by Inter.
