Inter Milan are reportedly keen to sign Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian at the end of the season.
Inter boosted their right-back options by signing Cedric Soares on loan from Southampton in January, and it is understood that the Italian giants can acquire the Portuguese on a permanent deal this summer.
According to Tuttosport, however, the San Siro outfit are not interested in extending Cedric's stay in Italy as they want to bring Darmian to the club in this summer's transfer window.
Darmian was strongly linked with a move away from United last summer but ultimately remained at Old Trafford under the orders of Jose Mourinho.
The 29-year-old has hardly featured under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, though, playing just one minute of Premier League football since the middle of December.
Juventus have also been credited with an interest in the Italy international.
