Juventus are reportedly concerned that speculation over Cristiano Ronaldo's future is affecting his form on the pitch.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is out of contract in Turin next summer, but he has been linked with sensational returns to either Real Madrid or Manchester United after Juve's Champions League exit to Porto.
Ronaldo has managed 25 goals in 29 Serie A games this term, but he has failed to find the back of the net in any of his last three and was criticised for his performance in Sunday's 1-1 draw with Fiorentina.
Now, Italian media outlets have speculated that Ronaldo could indeed move on if Juve fail to qualify for the Champions League, as Tuttosport wrote: "If Juve do not qualify for the Champions League, they will not be able to extend Ronaldo's stay, and will probably allow him to try a new challenge in Manchester or Paris."
However, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has already ruled out a reunion with Ronaldo at Real Madrid, and Juve chief Fabio Paratici affirmed that the 36-year-old would not be sold this summer.
Ronaldo has amassed 97 goals and 22 assists from 128 games in a Juventus shirt, winning two Serie A titles in that time. body check tags ::
