Manchester United have reportedly accepted an offer in the region of £22m from Real Madrid for goalkeeper David de Gea.
The 24-year-old, who has not played for the Red Devils this season due to the ongoing speculation surrounding his future, arrived in the Spanish capital yesterday to link up with his international teammates.
Speculation this afternoon claimed that United's negotiations with Madrid had reached an advanced stage, with the La Liga outfit confident that the deal would be concluded in their favour before tonight's deadline.
According to Marca, a fee has now been agreed, with De Gea expected to undergo a medical shortly.
De Gea joined United from Real's rivals Atletico Madrid in 2011 and he has gone on to make 175 appearances for the Premier League club.
