Premier League duo Manchester City and Arsenal have reportedly entered the fray alongside Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur for Notts County goalkeeper Fabian Speiss.
The 18-year-old is already believed to have been scouted by Sir Alex Ferguson and Harry Redknapp, but now it seems that more clubs from the top flight have been put on red alert.
"Man United have been looking at him for a long time," County's head of youth Mick Leanord told the Nottingham Post.
"There were also scouts from Man City and Tottenham at our youth game against Doncaster last week and Arsenal watched him when he was out on loan at Lewes.
"He's as good as any young goalkeeper I have seen and I wouldn't be surprised if any of the big clubs did want him."
The German teen has yet to feature for the League One club's senior team.
