Tottenham Hotspur have already rejected one Manchester City approach for star striker Harry Kane, according to a report.
The 27-year-old has supposedly made his desire to leave the club clear over the past week, as Spurs are set for another trophyless end to the season for the 13th year running.
Manchester United are thought to be preparing a 'huge' offer to lure Kane to the Theatre of Dreams, but they would inevitably face competition from bitter rivals Man City over the summer.
According to the Daily Star, Man City touched base with Daniel Levy over a possible move for Kane back in the January transfer window, and they were swiftly knocked back by the Spurs chairman.
The report claims that Spurs may be forced to consider offers this time around, but Levy will still drive a hard bargain and a bid of £100m may not prove to be enough.
Chelsea are also rumoured to be keeping tabs on the 22-goal striker's future, although Levy would supposedly prefer to sell Kane to a foreign club if he is forced to part ways with the England captain. body check tags ::
