Champions Manchester City are reportedly keen to sign Stoke City's goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.
It is believed that Man City manager Roberto Mancini has identified the Bosnian as the ideal keeper to provide competition to current number one Joe Hart.
However, any move would not materialise until the summer, with Stoke keen to keep hold of the 25-year-old for as long as possible, according to The Sentinel.
The report has also claimed that the Citizens could face competition for Begovic from rivals Manchester United, who are said to have doubts over David de Gea's ability to be successful in the Premier League.
Begovic joined Stoke three years ago from Portsmouth.
