Manchester United are reportedly leading the race to sign Juventus centre-back Bremer during this summer's transfer window.
The 26-year-old has been in impressive form for the Old Lady during the 2023-24 campaign, making 24 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice in the process.
Bremer has started all 23 of his team's Serie A games this season, completing the full 90 minutes in 22 of them, with the only exception coming back in October when he was substituted late on against Atalanta BC.
The Brazilian has a contract in Turin until June 2028, having only signed an extension at the end of last year, but there is currently speculation surrounding his future.
A recent report claimed that Juventus, who lost 1-0 to Inter Milan in Serie A last weekend, would be willing to sell Bremer this summer if they received an offer of €70m (£59.7m).
According to Calciomercato, Man United are at the head of the queue for the South American, with the club's head coach Erik ten Hag viewing him as a leading target.
The report claims that the 20-time English champions are expected to soon hold a meeting with Juventus in the hope of coming to an agreement ahead of the summer market.
Man United are allegedly 'above all' of the other interested clubs, with the Red Devils viewing him as one of the 'best centre-backs in the world'.
Bremer made the move to the Old Lady from Torino in July 2022, and he has featured 67 times for the club in all competitions, scoring seven goals and registering one assist in the process.
The centre-back started his youth career with Desportivo Brasil before making the move to Atletico Mineiro, and he then represented Torino on 110 occasions ahead of a move to Juventus.
Man United are expected to be in the market for at least one new centre-back this summer, but it is possible that two could arrive depending on the outgoings.
Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans only have deals at Old Trafford until the end of June, and both players are currently being linked with exits.
There also remains speculation surrounding the futures of Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof, with arguably only Lisandro Martinez guaranteed to be at the club next season from the current list of centre-backs.
Martinez picked up a knee injury during the 3-0 win over West Ham United on Sunday, though, and he will now be on the sidelines until at least the start of April. body check tags ::
