West Ham United have allegedly increased Declan Rice's asking price to £120m amid suggestions that both Manchester United and Chelsea are keen to sign him this summer.
The England international has again been in impressive form for the Hammers during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring four times and registering four assists in 32 appearances in all competitions.
Rice has a contract at London Stadium until June 2024, with the option of a further 12 months, but there have been claims that he could push for a move away from David Moyes's side this summer.
Man United are said to be keen admirers of the Englishman, while Chelsea are also believed to be interested in re-signing the player that they released as a youngster.
However, according to The Times, West Ham are not prepared to entertain offers of under £120m for Rice, who has developed into one of the best midfielders in the Premier League.
The Euro 2020 finalist - also believed to be of interest to Manchester City - has made 177 appearances for the Hammers since debuting in 2017, contributing nine goals and nine assists in the process. body check tags ::
