Manchester United are reportedly considering an approach for Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
The 29-year-old has been a key figure for Juve since arriving from Roma in 2016, making 144 appearances for the Old Lady, winning three straight Serie A titles in the process.
This term, Pjanic has contributed two goals and two assists in seven Serie A outings and has remained an important player for the club despite midfield arrivals over the summer.
According to Calciomercato, Juve are keen to offer the midfielder a new contract, but United are closely monitoring developments as they eye a swoop for the Bosnia and Herzegovina international.
The Red Devils are currently short in the middle of the park after failing to replace Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera, who have both left Old Trafford over the last two transfer windows.
West Ham United's Declan Rice is also reportedly a target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
