Manchester United reportedly held discussions with the representatives of Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey during the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old, who has been consistently linked with a move away from his German outfit over the last 12 months, has scored 12 times and registered nine assists in 32 outings at club level this term.
According to journalist Jonathan Shrager, Man United held talks with Bailey's representatives earlier this year, although Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan are also said to have been in contact with the Jamaica international.
The versatile attacker still has more than two years left to run on his current deal but could seemingly be allowed to leave BayArena for the right price during this summer's transfer window.
Arsenal are also said to have an interest, with the Gunners keeping an eye on Bailey's performances in this season's Europa League, where he has scored five times and registered two assists in eight appearances.
The Jamaican has netted 36 goals and registered 24 assists in 148 outings for Leverkusen.
