Manchester United are reportedly hoping to include Anthony Martial in a summer move for Tottenham Hotspur centre-forward Harry Kane.
The Red Devils will sign a new striker during this summer's transfer window and are allegedly considering making a big-money offer for Kane, who failed to force a switch to Manchester City last summer.
Spurs still value the England captain in excess of £100m despite the fact that his contract only has two years left to run, but according to ESPN, Man United are considering involving Martial as part of a swap.
The report claims that Tottenham are long-term admirers of Martial, who will spend the rest of the season on loan at Sevilla before returning to Old Trafford.
The France international is believed to be keen to leave the Red Devils on a permanent deal this summer but would rather move to Italy or Spain than remain in the Premier League.
Martial has scored once and provided one assist in eight appearances for Sevilla, who are unlikely to sign him on a permanent deal at the end of the campaign.
Kane, meanwhile, has scored 22 goals and registered six assists in 41 appearances for Tottenham this season, returning to his best form in recent months after a slow start to the campaign. body check tags ::
