Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali is reportedly a transfer target for both Manchester United and Liverpool.
The 19-year-old, who has also been strongly linked with Juventus, played a key role in Brescia's promotion from Serie B last season and has again been in impressive form this term.
Indeed, the Italy international has contributed one goal and two assists in 18 Serie A outings during the 2019-20 campaign, with his performances allegedly leading to a host of attention.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, both United and Liverpool have sent scouts to watch the teenager in action ahead of potential offers.
Pedulla also claims that Brescia would be willing to sell the central midfielder for a figure in the region of £43m.
United and Liverpool will lock horns on the field this weekend as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's top-four hopefuls travel to the runaway leaders.
