Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic has reportedly remained on the radar of Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.
Earlier this summer, it was widely suggested that United had made an approach for the Croatian international, but that the two clubs were some margin apart in terms of their valuation.
According to The Mirror, that remains the case, but that has not stopped the Premier League outfit from maintaining an interest in the 28-year-old.
It has been claimed that United's chief executive Ed Woodward has held discussions with Perisic's representative Fali Ramadini in an attempt to establish a compromise with Inter.
Perisic's valuation is allegedly set at £48m, while United are yet to express any willingness to spend over £39m on the former Wolfsburg wideman.
Since moving to San Siro in August 2015, Perisic has netted 20 goals in 79 appearances in all competitions.
