Manchester United have reportedly decided to end their interest in signing Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann.
Last summer, United were expected to complete a deal for Griezmann, only for the French international to agree to remain at the La Liga side due to the club's transfer ban.
Griezmann is likely to be allowed to leave the Wanda Metropolitano should Atletico receive a big-money offer but according to Marca, that bid will not come from United.
Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez could complete a transfer to Old Trafford in the coming days, and that has allegedly led to Jose Mourinho no longer wanting to bring in the 26-year-old.
The latest development will allow Barcelona to seal a deal for Griezmann during the summer transfer window, with the Catalan giants said to be the player's preferred option.
Since joining Atletico in 2014, Griezmann has netted 91 goals in 183 appearances in all competitions.
