Newcastle United striker Ayoze Perez has conceded that it is a "great pleasure" to see his name linked with moves to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Recent speculation had claimed that Louis van Gaal and Mauricio Pochettino were keen to bolster their attacking options during the January transfer window by signing the Spaniard.
Despite having insisted that he is "very happy" on Tyneside, the 22-year-old hinted that he would find it difficult to reject a move to either Old Trafford or White Hart Lane.
"I just know the same as you - what I hear, what I read. It is a great pleasure for me [to be linked with United and Spurs]. It is incredible, something very big and that's because I'm doing well but I must go on. It's my job," he told IBTimes UK.
"I am very happy at Newcastle. They gave me everything, they made me professional. I want to continue working with them, trying to climb on the table and then whatever have to happens will happen."
Perez made the admission after his stoppage-time goal secured Newcastle a 2-1 win over Spurs on Sunday.
