Manchester United are reportedly still the favourites to sign Lucas Moura, despite claims from the player's agent that the deal had fallen through.
Representative Wagner Ribeiro revealed earlier today that the Red Devils had "reached their limit" after Sao Paulo had rejected their initial bid for the Brazilian international.
That was believed to have opened the door for Italian side Inter Milan, who are said to have been monitoring the situation closely.
However, Inter's offer for Moura was even lower than the one that United submitted, according to Sky Sports News.
It has been claimed that talks between United and Sao Paulo are still ongoing.
