Manchester United are reportedly continuing to monitoring any developments with the future of Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

With Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard increasingly likely to depart Old Trafford during the summer transfer window, United are expected to be in the market for a new central midfielder.

The Premier League giants have a long-standing interest in Milinkovic-Savic, who has opted to remain at Lazio in recent transfer windows rather than take on a new challenge elsewhere.

However, according to Il Messaggero, that could change later in 2022 with Lazio contemplating whether to entertain offers for the Serbia international.

The report suggests that the Italian side want to get value for money for Milinkovic-Savic, who will have just two years left on his contract at the end of the season.

Juventus, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be interested in a player who has contributed eight goals and eight assists in Serie A during 2021-22.
