Manchester United will reportedly challenge Paris Saint-Germain for the signature of Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder this summer.
It is thought that the 30-year-old will be sold by the Turkish outfit at the end of the season.
The Netherlands international still has two years remaining on his contract with Gala, but he is thought to be seeking a move to one of Europe's top clubs.
United manager Louis van Gaal has worked with Sneijder before during his two-year spell as Netherlands boss and he is thought to be an admirer of the playmaker.
The Red Devils are expected to launch a bid for Sneijder, but PSG have now entered the race and the French champions are hopeful of securing his signature, according to The Metro.
Sneijder joined Gala from Inter Milan in January 2013 after spells at Real Madrid and Ajax.
