Manchester United have reportedly made a late move for Ajax winger David Neres.
Reports have suggested that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is focusing his attention on signing a new centre-back, central midfielder and playmaker ahead of the new campaign.
Harry Maguire, Bruno Fernandes and Paulo Dybala are all said to be on the Norwegian's radar, although it now appears that the Premier League giants have other targets in mind.
According to reports in Spain, United are prepared to spend in the region of £46m for Neres, who starred for Ajax during their run to the Champions League semi-finals last season.
The report adds that Ajax are looking for at least £70m for the Brazil international, although it is unclear whether United would be willing to pay such a fee when already well-stocked for options in the final third.
Neres still has three years left on his contract at the Eredivisie champions.
