Manchester United have reportedly expressed interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Leandro Paredes ahead of the January transfer window.
The Argentine, who moved to PSG from Zenit Saint Petersburg in January, has failed to stamp down a starting place under Thomas Tuchel, managing just four starts in Ligue 1 this term.
Idrissa Gueye's arrival from Everton over the summer has pushed Paredes further down the pecking order, with the former impressing during the early stages of his time at the club.
According to El Intransigente, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been alerted to the situation of Paredes, who is valued at around £36m.
The Red Devils came under criticism in the summer for failing to add midfield reinforcements despite selling Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera over the past year.
Reports have suggested that Nemanja Matic could also be set to leave the club after falling down the pecking order.
