Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has reportedly turned his attention to Daley Blind as the club look to continue recruiting ahead of the new season.
Van Gaal worked with the versatile Ajax defender during his time with the Dutch national team, and United are believed to be just one of a number of clubs interested in signing the 24-year-old.
According to the Daily Mail, an offer has not yet been made, but an approach could arrive in the near future due to Blind's apparent eagerness to leave this summer.
"I think Daley Blind will be leaving soon. I have a feeling," Richard Witschge, a youth coach with Ajax, admitted to reporters. "He has been training by himself. I think he has done that because there's something going on."
Blind has played over 150 times for Ajax since making his debut in 2008.
