Manchester United are reportedly prepared to pay a combined total of £100m for Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish and Birmingham City youngster Jude Bellingham.
Despite having added Bruno Fernandes to his first-team squad in January, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remains eager to bring in more creativity ahead of next season.
Although Leicester City's James Maddison has previously been a target, the Daily Star suggests that United will instead move for Grealish and Bellingham.
The report suggests that the Premier League giants are willing to pay Villa in the region of £70m for their star man, with Birmingham receiving £30m for their 16-year-old prospect.
The latter was at United's Carrington training ground on Monday as he and his parents held discussions with Solskjaer and chief executive Ed Woodward.
The North-West outfit will look to offset the financial outlay with the sale of academy graduate Jesse Lingard.
