Manchester United have allegedly not shelved their interest in Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Having failed to push through a deal for the Portugal international earlier this summer, it appeared that United would switch their attention to other targets over the coming months.
However, according to O Jogo, representatives from the Premier League giants were in attendance as Sporting faced Portimonense over the weekend.
The scouts would have been impressed with what they had witnessed as Fernandes contributed three assists during the top-flight fixture.
Real Madrid are reportedly considering a late approach for the 24-year-old having seemingly missed out on United star Paul Pogba.
