Manchester United and Manchester City have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Roma forward Radja Nainggolan, according to reports.
The Belgian international has scored three times this season for the Giallorossi, who sit second in Serie A, and was thought to be on his way to Anfield in the summer.
According to Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, both Manchester clubs will launch £29m offers to sign Nainggolan.
The 26-year-old has previously played for Piacenza and Cagliari.
